1、毕业论文PBA/MDI/HG体系TPU的制备及性能研究4PBA/MDI/HG体系TPU的制备及性能研究摘要:采用聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇(PBA)、4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)及1,6-己二醇(HG)为原料,通过预聚体法制备了硬段含量相同,软段分子量不同;软段分子量相同,硬段含量不同的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体。采用拉伸试验、硬度测试、旋转流变仪、热失重分析、X射线衍射、热变形维卡软化温度测定仪等研究手段研究了不同软段分子量及不同硬段含量TPU结构与性能关系。分析结果表明:PBA/MDI/HG体系TPU随着软段分子量的增加,拉伸强度、强度逐渐增大,断裂伸
2、长率增大;随着硬段含量增加,拉伸强度、硬度逐渐增大,断裂伸长率增大;随着软段分子量的增加,TPU热稳定性越来越好,软段分子量为3000的TPU初始分解温度达到了293.7℃;随着软段分子量的增加,TPU抗热变形能力增强,软段分子量为3000的TPU具有较高的抗热变形能力,维卡软化点温度达到103℃;结晶性能分析表明TPU具有一定的结晶性能;流变性能分析结果表明TPU表现出典型的假塑性流体的特征。关键词:热塑性聚氨酯,聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇,预聚体法,旋转流变仪,结晶性能4PreparationandPropertiesofTPUinPBA/MDI/HGAb
