3、irsthandexperiencesandknowledgeontheventurecapitalistsandentrepreneurship.Thecourseprovidesanoverviewofventurecapitalfinancingandwhereitfitsincorporatefinance,andanoutlineofthetypicalpartnershipbetweentheventurecapitalfirmandthecorporationbeingfinancedincludingassessingafirm's

4、readiness,determiningfinancingneeds,andpreparingaconvincingbusinessplan.Next,theventurecapitalinvestmentprocessisintroduced,includingvaluationofthebusinessandothercontractingissuesthatarelikelytobepartofthenegotiations.Thelastsegmentofthecourseconcentratesontherelationshipbetw
