2、管理层的能力、企业战略、企业文化等综合知识体系。作为知识体系载体的人也被看作是企业最为重要的资源,人力资本也在整个社会资本中占有越来越大的比重，企业竞争的实质是人力资源的竞争。在中国加入WTO后，中国企业面临来自世界各国的企业对于中国市场、物质资源和人力资源的竞争，中国企业必须树立现代人力资源管理观念，建立高素质的人力资源管理队伍，完善人力资源管理体系，全面提高企业人力资源管理水平，打造中国企业核心竞争力，才能在日益激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。关键词：人力资源；人力资源管理体系；核心竞争力；18AbstractInpacewiththec
