1、超敏C反应蛋白、D―二聚体和纤维蛋白原在高血压内皮损伤中的临床价值【摘要】目的探�超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平、D-二聚体（D-Dimer）和纤维蛋白原（FIB）在高血压内皮损伤中的临床应用价值。方法86例高血压患者，按有无血管并发症分为重症组（41例）和轻症组（45例），另选取40例健康体检者进行对照作为无症组。分别检测三组人员的hs-CRP、D-Dimer和FIB水平，并进行比较分析。结果高血压患者的hs-CRP、D-Dimer和FIB水平与阳性率均明显高于无症组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；重症组患者hs-CRP为（9.56±3.15）mg/L、D-Dim

2、er为（1.08±0.93）mg/L、FIB为（5.90±2.90）g/L，均明显高于轻症组的（5.21±2.30）mg/L、（0.72±0.53）mg/L、中国6/vie　　（4.80±1.90）g/L，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。且重症组上述指标阳性率分别为78.0%、70.7%、73.2%，高于对照组的57.8%、51.1%、53.3%，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；经过1周合理治疗，重症组hs-CRP、D-Dimer和FIB水平三项指标均明显下降，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论hs-CRP、D-Dimer和FIB检测能够有效地反映高血压的进程
