1、胡杨叶水势变化驱动因素分析#1,21,21,21,2(1.新疆大学资源与环境科学学院,乌鲁木齐830046;1,2**510152025303540452.绿洲生态教育部重点实验室,乌鲁木齐830046)摘要:以艾比湖地区胡杨群落为研究对象,通过分析胡杨叶水势的日变化特征,揭示其与8个环境因子的相互关系,探讨了研究区胡杨叶水势的变化特点。结果表明:(1)胡杨叶水势的日变化特征规律为早晚高、午间低的“V”型曲线,胡杨的清晨水势为一天中的最高值,土壤水分含量越少,对应胡杨叶片水势越小;(2)相关分析表明:水分较多样地胡杨叶水势与空气相对湿度和土壤水分呈显著正相关(
2、r=0.602和0.639),与叶片温度呈显著负相关(r=-0.593);水分较少样地胡杨叶水势与空气相对湿度呈极显著正相关(r=0.841),与大气温度、叶片温度和饱和水汽压成极显著负相关(r=-0.821、-0.765、-0.812),与空气CO2浓度和土壤含水量呈显著正相关(r=0.725和0.601),分析发现胡杨叶水势均与土壤水分密切相关;(3)对土壤含水量和胡杨叶水势进行二次曲线拟合发现,当土壤含水量增大的时候,胡杨叶片水势有逐渐升高的趋势;(4)通过构建艾比湖地区两个样地胡杨水势与影响胡杨水势变化的主导环境因子之间的多元回归方程发现,在众多环境因子中,土
