1、主辦機構Organizers:「紡織及製衣業面對金融危機的長期策略–建立系統問題解決方案」研討會Seminaron“LongTermSolutionforTextilesandClothingIndustryFacingFinancialTsunami：SystematicApproachforProblemSolving”在金融海嘯下,紡織及製衣業面對嶄新的挑戰,外在的挑戰包括貨幣的升值及通貨膨脹。與此同時,業界正面對內部的問題,例如生產週期過長,生產過程的浪費及存貨過多等問題,全都增加生產成本及降低生產力。為此,香港紡織及成衣
2、研發中心聯同製衣業訓練局推行"建立紡織及製衣業問題解決方案模式"項目,獲得了滿意的成果。參與項目的廠商總共節省了三百一十多萬元,改善的項目包括將報廢品從2%減至1.4%,生產週期從40天減至35天,產品轉換時間從5.5小時減至3.5小時等。這次研討會將令參與者明白"問題解決方案模式"如何解決企業內部問題。研討會主要目的為參與者解答以下問題:n紡織及製衣業界如何利用問題解決方案模式來解決一般問題?n問題解決方案模式包括甚麼工具?n什樣有效利用問題解決方案模式得到明顯n效果?n此項目的主要研究結果是什麼?n有什麼項目成果能和業界分享?
3、TherecenteconomicturmoilhaslednewchallengestoTextilesandClothingIndustry.Thishascausedtheindustrytosufferfromexternalproblemsuchastheappreciationofforeignexchangecurrenciesanddomesticinflation.Meanwhile,thisindustryalsofacesinternalproblems,forexamples,longmanufacturi
4、ngcycletime,resourceswastage,andunsatisfactoryinventoryproblems.Alltheseproblemsslowdowntheproductivitiesandincreasetheproductioncost.TheHongKongResearchInstituteofTextilesandApparel(HKRITA)cooperatedwithClothingIndustryTrainingAuthority(CITA)launchedtheprojectof“Deve
5、lopmentofProblemSolvingModelforHongKongClothingandTextileIndustry”totheindustries,andgainedsatisfactoryfeedback.ThetotalamountofsavingreportedfromtheparticipantcompanyisHK$3.1M.Significantimprovementresultswererecorded,forexamples,reducescraperatefrom2%to1.4%,shortenm
