1、本科毕业设计(论文)题目:注气井耐氧缓蚀剂优选及其缓蚀机理研究学生姓名:王俊答学号:1309050232专业班级:材料物理13-2班指导教师:胡松青2017年6月18日中国石油大学(华东)本科毕业设计(论文)注气井耐氧缓蚀剂优选及其缓蚀机理研究摘要氧腐蚀是油田常见的腐蚀形式之一,严重影响了油田的正常生产。缓蚀剂防腐技术作为一种简单高效的防腐手段,能够有效地减缓油田集输管网的腐蚀。为了筛选出针对油田存在的氧腐蚀问题的缓蚀剂,本文采用电化学与失重实验相结合的方法,通过评价三种缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能,筛选出适用于油田氧腐蚀环境的缓蚀剂,得出如下结论:(1)理化性能研究表明缓蚀剂水溶性与稳定性均较好。(2)
2、电化学实验研究表明喹啉季铵盐缓蚀剂的自腐蚀电流最小,腐蚀速率最慢,缓蚀效果最显著。(3)失重实验研究表明喹啉季铵盐缓蚀剂缓蚀效果最好。选择三种缓蚀剂对不同注空气工况条件研究揭示了含氧量、温度、浓度对缓蚀剂缓蚀率的影响规律,并研究了缓蚀剂复配协同效应。经过分析得到适宜油田环境的优质缓蚀剂是喹啉季铵盐缓蚀剂。关键词:氧腐蚀;耐氧缓蚀剂;电化学;高温高压;缓蚀性能中国石油大学(华东)本科毕业设计(论文)ThestudyoninhibitionmechanismofresistanttooxygeninhibitorandpreferredinhibitoringasinjectionwellAbst
