1、本科毕业设计(论文)题目:油田注采两用高温抗硫缓蚀剂优选及缓蚀机理研究学生姓名:谢守猛学号:1309050211专业班级:材料物理13-2班指导教师:王秀民2017年6月18日中国石油大学(华东)本科毕业设计(论文)油田注采两用高温抗硫缓蚀剂优选及缓蚀机理研究摘要针对国内尚无高效的专门适用于H2S/CO2气田腐蚀环境的缓蚀剂,本文基于油田注采系统恶劣的腐蚀环境,在实验室进行模拟实验,利用失重法和电化学方法对缓蚀剂进行评价,从而优选出合适的抗硫耐高温缓蚀剂,并对缓蚀机理做进一步解释。实验发现DF-14、DF-21、
2、DF-24三种缓蚀剂均能有效减缓腐蚀的发生,其中DF-24号缓蚀剂在1000ppm的浓度下缓蚀率达到了66.81%。随后对缓蚀效果最好的DF-21和DF-24号缓蚀剂展开复配研究,结果发现DF-21和DF-24均为抑制阳极反应为主的混合抑制型缓蚀剂,且当DF-21:DF-24复配比例为3:1时,缓蚀效率高达89.38%。对缓蚀剂复配实验的电化学阻抗谱(EIS)分析表明:复配后的缓蚀剂分子是以几何覆盖电极表面的;随着DF-21:DF-24的复配比例逐渐增大,谱图的容抗弧半径逐渐增大,直到DF-21:DF-24=3:
