4、，在国内尚处于探索、起步阶段。近年来，人民群众对医疗保健质量的要求不断提高，以及控制论在医疗质量控制领域逐步深入应用，使如何进一步提高医疗质量控制力度的问题提到前所未有的重要地位［2］。在2004年1～10月期间，我院进行麻醉信息管理和质量控制应用系统(Anesthesiainformationmanagementandqualitycontrolsystem，AIMQCS)的研究和开发，本文拟结合该系统的研发，观察通过麻醉信息管理进行麻醉质量控制的可行性，探讨适合我国国情的临床麻醉质量控制新方案。1系统开发工具和运行环境我院应用软件系统采用多层分散式
