2、ationChapterIIIUseandControlofPropertydonatedChapterIVPreferentialMeasuresChapterVLegalResponsibilityChapterVISupplementaryProvisionsChapterIGeneralProvisionsArticle1ThisLawisenactedforthepurposeofencouragingdonating,regulatingthemakingandacceptingofadonation,protectingthelawfulrightsandinterests

3、ofthedonor,doneeandbeneficiaryandpromotingthedevelopmentofpublicwelfareundertakings.Article2ThisLawshallbeapplicablewhereanynaturalperson,legalpersonororganization,forthebenefitofpublicwelfare,voluntarilydonatespropertygratistoanylegallyformedcommunitypublicwelfareorganizationornonprofitpublicwel

4、fareinstitution.Article3ForpurposesofthisLaw,theterm"publicwelfare"includesthefollowingnonprofitactivities:(1)activitiesbycommunitygroupsorindividualsindisasterrelieforpovertyrelief,oringivingassistancetothedisabled;(2)educational,scientific,cultural,publichealthandsportsservices;(3)environmental

5、protectionandpublicutilityconstruction;and(4)otherpublicandwelfareservicestopromotesocialdevelopmentandprogress.Article4Donationshallbemadevoluntarilyandgratis.Anyallocationofdonationsbycompulsionorindisguisedformshallbeprohibitedandnoprofit-makingactivitymaybeconductedinthenameofdonation.Article

6、5Thedonor'swishesfortheuseofpropertydonatedshallberespectedandsuchpropertyshallbeusedinconformitywithpublicwelfarepurposesandmaynotbeusedforanyotherpurposes.Article6Donationshallbemadeincompliancewithlawsandregulations,notagainstthecodeofsocialconduct,nortothedetrimentofpublicinterestsandthelawfu

7、lrightsandinterestsofother.Article7ThepropertydonatedtocommunitypublicwelfareorganizationsanditsaddedvaluearepublicpropertyandshallbeprotectedbyStatelaws.Nounitorindividualmayseize,misappropriateordamageit.Article8TheS
