1、P27基因与成釉细胞瘤论文【摘要】目的绝大多数肿瘤细胞都存在着若干细胞周期调控基因的改变，所以细胞周期调控基因和蛋白的改变与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。p272kip1基因编码的P27蛋白作为细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶抑制剂,在细胞周期进程中起重要的负性调节作用,同时作为一个新的肿瘤抑制基因，与肿瘤的发生发展及预后密切相关。【关键词】p27基因成釉细胞瘤细胞周期调控【Abstract】Thevastmajorityoftumorcellsthereareanumberofchangesincellcyclecontrolgenes,sothecellcycleregul
