3、opedtodetectandisolatethefaultysensorsthatmaybepresentinthesensorarrayandtorecalibratethesystem.Experimentalresultsshowthattemperaturemeasurementsobtainedareaccuratewithacceptablevariances.Withtheself-diagnosticalgorithm,theaccuracyofthesysteminthepresencefaultysensorsi
