3、ctandisolatethefaultysensorsthatmaybepresentinthesensorarrayandtorecalibratethesystem.Experimentalresultsshowthattemperaturemeasurementsobtainedareaccuratewithacceptablevariances.Withtheself-diagnosticalgorithm,theaccuracyofthesysteminthepresencefaultysensorsissignificantlyi

6、bustnessofthesystemreducingsystemdependencyonanysinglesensor.Thesystemisstillfunctionalevenwithafewfaultysensors,thoughtherewillbeadegradationintheaccuracyoftheresults.Toovercomethedegradationintheaccuracyduetothepresenceoffaultysensors,aself-diagnosticalgorithmisdevisedtode
