1、.机械原理课程设计说明书机械原理课程设计--洗瓶机院系:机电工程学院专业:机械设计制造及自动化年级:2014级学生姓名:郭凡学号:2014280140207指导教师:金桂芹同组人:刘斌尤龙2016年1月....摘要机械原理课程设计是使学生全面、系统掌握和深化机械原理课程的基本原理和方法的重要环节,是培养学生机械运动方案设计、创新设计以及应用计算机对工程实际各种机构进行分析和设计能力的一门课程。培养学生综合运用所学知识,理论联系实际,独立思考与分析问题的能力和创新能力。洗瓶机主要是由推瓶机构、导辊机构、转刷机构组成
2、,主要是由进瓶瓶机构把瓶子送到两个同向转动的导辊上,导辊带动瓶子转动。当推头把瓶子向前推时,转动的刷子就把瓶子外面洗干净。洗完之后又由出瓶机构送出机构。我设计的是一个很简单的洗瓶机构,由传送带作进瓶机构,输入瓶子后,把推头变化一下,变成了一把内刷子,在推的同时一边洗着瓶子内部,然后由外刷子洗刷外面,在推头推动瓶子的同时,瓶子内外都得到了清洗。当走完导辊后,瓶子就顺着出瓶轨道滑到箱子里面。由于专业知识不是很充足,所以设计有很多的缺陷,可能实用性不是那么强,但是我还是从当中学到了好多知识。....目录一、设计任务书·

8、连杆机构等常用机构或组合机构。学生应该提出两种以上的设计方案并经分析比较后选定一种进行设计。(2).设计传动系统并确定其传动比分配。(3).画出机器的机构运动方案简图和运动循环图。(4).设计组合机构实现运动要求,并对从动杆进行运动分析。也可以设计平面连杆机构以实现运动轨迹,并对平面连杆机构进行运动分析。绘出运动线图。(5).其他机构的设计计算。(6).编写设计计算说明书
