1、Treg细胞与肺部慢性疾病关系的研究进展论文张明海朱友生潘金凤既往认为机体内存在一种抑制性T细胞(Ts细胞),分泌抑制性细胞因子,抑制T细胞功能,调控机体的免疫平衡,但未能成功分离此类细胞。最近在人和小鼠体内都发现CD4+CD25+T细胞亚群具有显著的免疫抑制作用,可通过不同途径作用于多种靶细胞,从而对机体免疫应答进行精细的负调节,并称之为调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)1。已证实Treg细胞参与了过敏、传染性病原体、恶性病的发病过程的免疫调节.freelmunologicself-tolerancemaintainedbyactivedTcellsexpressingI
