3、emoldmaterialandRPmanufacturingprocessimpactboththemolddesignandtheinjectionmoldingprocess.Inaddition,numericalsimulationtechniqueshavenowbecomehelpfultoolsofmolddesignersandprocessengineersfortraditionalinjectionmolding.Butallcurrentsimulationpackagesfor
4、conventionalinjectionmoldingarenolongerapplicabletothisnewtypeofinjectionmolds,mainlybecausethepropertyofthemoldmaterialchangesgreatly.Inthispaper,anintegratedapproachtoaccomplishanumericalsimulationofinjectionmoldingintorapid-prototypedmoldsisestablished
