2、ndexpenses.本预算是根据2007年销售计划及对本地竞争对手的调查制定的,因无历史记录可比,故参照了国内其它索菲特酒店的一些收入费用比例.1.Revenue收入-Asanewopeninghotel,weput52.6%asyearlyoccupancyandRMB811asaverageroomratewhichisverysimilartothepresentstatusofShangri-la.作为新开业酒店,我们以52.6%为年平均住房率,人民币811作为年平均房价,这与香格里拉目前
3、的情况相近.-ForFoodandBeverage,WebasedthenumberofcoversandaveragecheckonSuzhoumarketsurveyofourcompetitors.Attachedpleaseseethedetail.餐饮收入是依据对苏州本地其它竞争对手的了解,确定用餐人数和人均消费的基础上制定的.-TelephoneandotherrevenueincludingTelephoneandTransportation,BusinessCenter,GuestL
4、aundrywhichis0.1%,0.3%,0.6%and1.1%toroomsrevenuerespectively.(ReferencebySofitelsisterhotel)电话及其它收入包括了电话,交通,商务中心及客人洗衣几部分,分别占客房收入0.1%,0.3%,0.6%及1%(参考了索菲特姐妹酒店的数据)-Shop,OtherIncome&Rental,wehaveaboutiqueforleasewhichcangainRMB22,000amonth(RMB200/m2x110m2)
5、商场其它及租金收入是酒店精品店租金收入,每月为人民币22,000元(200元/平方米,共110平方米)2.CostofSales营业成本Thecostsareinlinewithoursisterhotelsandcompetitorswhichis41.7%byFood,28%byBeverage.食品成本率41.7%,酒水成本率28%基本与姐妹酒店持平.Fortelephoneandbusinesscentercostweput60%and40%respectivelywhichbasedono
