2、化建设，以此改善经验管理，为企业的发展提供内在持久的动力。要使民营企业持续健康发展，必须加强自身的企业文化建设。这是因为，企业文化是企业的最高信念、是企业的经营哲学、是企业的规章制度、是企业的内在灵魂、是企业生存与发展的生命基础。所以，加强企业文化建设是民营企业的必然选择。民营企业的发展有一个历史过程，形成了民营企业多样化的特征。本文总结了民营企业文化建设的现状，对目前民营企业文化建设存在的误区进行了详细的分析。在此基础上，本文提出了民营企业文化建设的指导原则、方向、方法和相应措施，并对如何培育有特色的民营企业文
