1、浅析脑外伤所致精神障碍的影响因素岳阳市一人民医院康复医学科湖南岳阳414000【摘要】目的：分析脑外伤所致精神障碍的影响因素，为防治脑外伤所致精神障碍而提供依据。方法：回顾性分析195例脑外伤患者的临床资料，根据是否并发精神障碍分为精神障碍组和非精神障碍组，对比两组患者的一般资料，括性别、年龄、颅内有无血肿、脑干有无损伤、脑叶损伤范围(1瓣、2瓣、3瓣或更多)、格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)评分、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)得分；对筛选的相关因素进行多因素Logisitcln]归分析。结果：精神障碍组颅内

2、血肿、脑干损伤发牛.率、脑叶损伤范围均大于非精神障碍组，GCS评分低于非精神障碍组，EPQ得分高于非精祌障碍组，经χ2检验或T检验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经多因素Logisitc回归分析可知：GCS评分≤8分、EPQ得分≥30分作为脑外伤所致精神障碍的独立危险因素。结论：GCS评分≤8分、EPQ得分≥30分作为脑外伤所致精祌障碍独立危险因素，应加强监测脑外伤患者的意识状态、人格倾向，为临床防治精神障碍而提供依据。【关键词】脑外伤；精神障碍；影响因素Fa
