1、提要目的:介绍经内外踝截骨入路手术治疗复杂的距骨骨折的方法,探讨此手术入路近期疗效。方法:2009年2月至2012年2月，选取山东省中医院符合标准的复杂距骨骨折12例,其中男8例,女4例,年龄18～44岁,平均年龄是27.6岁；高空坠落伤8例,车祸伤3例，重物砸伤1例；左侧距骨骨折8例,右侧距骨骨折4例；合并踝部骨折3例,开放性骨折脱位1例,均应用经内外踝截骨入路行手术治疗。结果:全部病例均获得随访，随访时间8个月～3年,平均时间2年。根据患者主诉、足跟及踝关节的外形、功能及影像来评价此手术入路的临床疗效。按Hawkins疗效标准:优6例,良3例，可2例,差1例,优良率为75%,
