4、gsshowthat,controlledforsize,neitheroftheinnovationorientationsshowsignificant,directrelationshipswithfirms’performance.However,ambidextrousinnovationwaspositivelyassociatedwithbusinessperformance,indicatingasynergybetweenexplorationandexploitation.Furtherexaminationindicate
