1、万方数据吐鲁番设施葡萄促早栽培关键技术的研究摘要YIIII12IIr16lllll9lll17III4IIII11II15rrlU本文以吐鲁番地区火焰无核葡萄为试材,结合常规设施葡萄栽培管理措施,设置不同浓度石灰氮打破休眠,不同浓度赤霉素处理花序,坐果后修剪果穗等处理。结果如下:(1)自然条件下,火焰无核葡萄的需冷量为1280h,通过休眠日期为1月15日;恒温条件下,需冷量为1462h,通过休眠日期为12月30日。(2)20%石灰氮打破休眠的效果最好,萌芽期、展叶期、初花期分别提前了6d、5d、5d。(3)第三期花序喷施赤霉素浓度为30mgJL时,植株的理化指标达到
2、最优值,优化效果明显;第四期花序喷施赤霉素浓度为60mg/L时,葡萄植株指标均达到最大值,对拉长花序,提高坐果率,膨大果粒效果明显。(4)第四期花序、赤霉素浓度为60mg/L,均匀喷施花序,达到果实膨大、拉长果穗,增产的目的。(5)整穗可改善果穗外观品质(包括整齐度、紧密度、大小粒等),增大果粒,增加含糖量,改进内在品质,显著地提高火焰无核鲜食葡萄产品的商品品质,同时,还能提早成熟,增大其经济效益。关键词:火焰无核;需冷量;打破休眠;赤霉素;整穗万方数据StudiesonPrematureTechniquesofProtectedCultivationforGrap
