5、 1．专兼结合的教师队伍。以兼职为主。专职教师少1full-timeandpart-timeteachers.Part-time.Full-timeteachersless 在本次问卷调查的27所高校中，除1所高校信息不详之外，其它26所高校共有专、兼职教师160人，平均每校6．15人。其中，专职教师47人，占29．38％，平均每校1．81人；兼职教师113人，占70．62％，平均每校4．35人。实际上，在26所高校中，有3所高校尚无专职教师，兼职人员中有一部分人只是挂名或偶尔参加活动(有先后聘请的)。因此，经常参加心理健康教育工作的人数有可能还要少。In27collegesandun
