3、tryenterthejobmarketforyoungpeople. 职业成熟度是指个体做出与相应职业发展任务相适应的职业决策与处理适宜职业发展任务的准备程度。国外研究表明:职业成熟度高的个体更可能获得职业成功与职业满意,这是由于个体对职业决策过程表现出更高的认知,经常把现在与未来的职业目标相联系,考虑更多的职业问题,在职业决策过程中具有更高水平的自我依赖感,同时,更乐于认识到社会的现实要求及在职业选择中做必要的妥协。Occupationmaturityreferstotheindividualtoadap

6、alitysocialrequirementsandmakethenecessarycompromisesinoccupationchoice. 在国外,青年人的职业成熟度状况受到高度重视,它已成为青少年职业发展理论的核心思想,并于1994年被美国评为最具有研究价值的十大课题之一。而在我国,职业成熟度还是人力资源管理与开发的新兴课题,很少有人对职业进入前青年人的职业成熟度问题进行实证性研究。本文从实证的角度出发,探讨影响我国职业进入前青年人(中专毕业生、大专毕业生、本科毕业生)的职业成熟度的因素,以期能对青年
