4、cteristics;educationandmanagementstrategies贫困大学生是近年来为社会广为关注的一个弱势群体，由于家庭贫困，他们来自学习、生活和人际交往等方面的心理压力较大，其心理疾病发生率远远高于普通学生．从而出现了因经济贫困导致的“心理贫困”的“双困生”。由于心理能量不足，贫困生容易产生认知、情绪、意志行动等心理过程的一系列不良反应．从而导致心理健康水平下降、学习生活效率降低、社会功能受损等负性变化，严重影响了其学业的顺利完成和人格的健康发展。近年来，国家和学校已经建立了一整
5、套的贫困生资助体系，在经济上给予了贫困生很大的帮助，但在我们工作中仍能感受到贫困生精神状态的低落。因此针对贫困生的特点，不仅要提供必要的经济帮助，而且要研究贫困生的心理特点，对其进行精神扶贫，帮助贫困学生摆脱精神压力。Poorcollegestudentsareasocialvulnerablegroupsiswidelyconcernedinrecentyears,duetopoorfamilies,theycomefromlearning,lifeandinterpersonalaspectsoft
