3、·······························23中文摘要前庭神经炎的诊治研究进展摘要前庭神经炎（vestibularneuritis,VN）是引起急性眩晕发作的常见原因之一，在外周性眩晕中，其发病率仅次于良性阵发性位置性眩晕(benignparoxysmalpositionalvertigox,BPPV)及梅尼埃病，其发病机制可能与病毒感染有关。随着对头脉冲试验及前庭诱发肌源性电位等新型前庭功能检查手段的研究，大家对VN有进一步的认识，VN的确诊率也进一步提高。本文就VN在病因学、临床特征、鉴别诊断、前庭检查、治疗等方面的研究进展进行综述，并提出目前VN治
