1、自然循环蒸汽锅炉设计哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文DHL35-3.82/450-AⅡ自然循环蒸汽锅炉设计摘要本次毕业设计的题目是DHL35-3.82/450-AII。应用热量平衡和质量平衡和强度理论以及流动、传热原理对锅炉的出力、安全性进行了计算和探讨,从理论上给出了本锅炉的设计数据的科学性。在锅炉设计的过程中,依据燃烧理论,主要考虑保证炉内着火,炉膛内保持足够的温度,煤的燃尽程度以及炉膛容积热负荷和炉膛面积热负荷的影响。在整个锅炉结构的设计过程中,采用经济性和操作性简单的平衡通风方式,确保燃料在炉膛内微负压燃烧。本设计采用单锅筒
2、横置式自然循环方式。炉膛四周布置水冷壁,可吸收炉膛的辐射热并保护炉墙。为保证燃烧充分,采用高而短的前拱,低而长的后拱。尾部受热面布置省煤器和空气预热器,以降低排烟温度,提高锅炉效率。设计采用CAD绘图,绘制了包括锅炉总图、炉墙图、上锅筒展开图、本体图、侧集箱展开图等图样,从技术角度给出了锅炉的概貌。本设计全面遵守锅炉设计规范,结构简单,安全性可靠,经济性合理,对同类锅炉的设计具有一定的参考价值。关键词锅炉;燃烧;换热;设计-II-自然循环蒸汽锅炉设计哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文ThedesignofboilerofDHL35-3
