1、第30卷第11期中南林业科技大学学报Vol.30No.112010年11月JournalofCentralSouthUniversityofForestry&TechnologyNov.2010华中五味子叶绿素含量分析邓白罗a,b,张丽娜b,王森b(中南林业科技大学a.期刊社;b.林学院,湖南长沙410004)摘要:叶绿素是植物光合作用中的重要色素,它直接参与光合作用中光能的吸收、传递、分配和转化等过程。为了为研究华中五味子生理生化特性做基础性工作,以栽植于马尾松腐殖土(基质1)、苗圃肥土(基质2)、普通丘陵红心土(基质3)等3种基质土
2、壤中的华中五味子健康成熟叶片为材料,对其叶绿素含量进行了分析。结果表明:各基质中华中五味子叶绿素a的含量明显高于叶绿素b的含量,叶绿素a/b值在1.8~2.7之间,不同月份叶绿素含量差异较大,同一时期3种基质中叶绿素含量也有一定的差异;叶绿素a、叶绿素b及叶绿素(a+b)的含量与日平均净光合速率、土壤有机质、pH值及氮、磷、钾的含量均呈负相关关系,与水溶性钙和镁的含量呈正相关关系,叶绿素a/b与日平均净光合速率、土壤有机质、pH值、含水率、氮含量、钾含量均呈正相关关系,而与水溶性钙和镁的含量呈负相关关系。关键词:华中五味子;叶绿素含量;
