1、基于FastSCAN玉米整株三维重构及参〔计算方法李抒昊关海鸥于崧马晓丹李伟凯郑雯璐黑龙江八一农垦大学信息技术学院黑龙江八一农垦大学农学院摘要:针对玉米形态结构可视化表达过程中传统测量方法获取特征参数时复杂且误差较大等问题,应用FastSCAN三维扫描仪,实现了对玉米整株实体重建,并计算了其形态特征参数。首先,在三叶期至拨节期动态三维模型的重构中构建了点云三维模型;然后,运用GeomagicSpark,通过拟合曲面方法获取玉米整株株高、株宽、茎粗等特征参数。对这一时期三维重构的整株玉米进行特征参数计算,平均株高范围0.0700°.7164m,平均株宽范围
2、0.0936°.6033m,平均茎粗范围0.30272.4413cmo通过直接测量和扫描测量玉米株高、株宽、茎粗的回归分析发现:三维扫描方法具有较高的测量精度。实验结果表明:该方法能够精准地构造玉米的三维形态,快速、无损获取玉米整株的生理生态特性参数及规律,为研究玉米冠层光照分布及生产实践提供了良好的理论基础和技术支持。关键词:玉米整株;三维重构;动态重建;FastSCAN;作者简介:李抒昊(1993-),男,黑龙江齐齐哈尔人,硕士研究生,(E-mail)564892784qq.com。作者简介:李伟凯(1965-),男,山东安丘人,教授,博士生导师,(
