1、臂丛神经阻滞联合喉罩全麻在上肢手术中的应用周凡林(四川省成都市温江区中医院四川成都613000)【摘要】目的：研宄上肢手术中使用喉罩全麻联合臂丛祌经阻滞在临床中带来的效果。方法：选取我院2015年3月〜2015年10月收治的上肢骨折的患者50例，随机平均分为两组，每组25人，观察组患者手术时使用臂丛神经阻滞联合喉罩全麻，对照组患者手术时使用单纯的喉罩通气全麻。观察组的患者先给予1.5%的利多卡因麻醉剂25毫升缓慢注入患者的肌间沟内进行臂丛神经阻滞［1］。两组的患者都使用芬太尼1微克每千克，异丙酚2毫克每千克诱导置入喉罩。记录手术后患者的疼痛情况。结果：患者在T1和T

2、2时，观察组的潮气量明显的比对照组患者的潮气量高。T3时观察组的呼吸频率比对照组患者的呼吸频率低。T2,T3时观察组的MAC明显的低于对照组的患者。观察组的患者手术后疼痛的表现没有对照组患者疼痛明显，P<0.05。结论：在临床上肢手术中使用臂丛祌经阻滞联合喉罩全麻可以降低手术后的并发症的出现，减轻患者的痛苦。【关键词】臂丛神经阻滞；喉罩全麻；上肢手术【中图分类号】R741【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2016)11-0050-02Applicationofbrachialplexusblockcombinedwithlaryngealmaskane
