3、inggraphiteresourcesmorerationallyandefficiently.Duetothebothcommonnessanddifferencesbetweenfineflakegraphiteandaphaniticgraphite,adetailedresearchofbeneficiationprocessonfineflakegraphiteoreinBaotouofInnerMongoliaandaphaniticgraphiteoreinWangqingofJ
4、ilinwasconductedwithroughingandcleaningconditions,opencircuitandlockedcycle.Thesuitabledressingprocessesfortwokindsoforehadbeenconfirmedbytheresearchtoformtargetedandeffectivegraphitebeneficiationtechnologyroutesonthebasisoffindingoutthedifferencesof
5、beneficiationprocesscharacteristicsbetweenthesetwokindsofore.Alockedcycleprocesswithone-timeroughgrinding,one-timeroughingandone-timescavenging,five-timeregrindingandsix-timecleaningtotheroughconcentrateontherefractoryfineflakegraphiteorewithlowconte
6、ntoffixedcarbonwasconfirmedbyoneresearch.Theconcentrategradewasupgradedfrom3.98%to88.43%,andtherecoverywas75.29%.TheconcentrateindexeswasuptothenationalcarboninLZ(-)38-88standard.Anopen-circuitwithone-timeroughgrinding,one-timeroughingandone-timescav
7、enging,four-timeregrindingandsix-timecleaningtotheroughconcentrateontheaphaniticgraphiteorewasconfirmedbytheotherresearch,andtwokindsofconcentratewereproductedbythisprocess.Thecontentsoffixedcarbonofthesetwokindsofconcentratewere86.09%and64.81%,andth
