2、工作的有效性较低。在当前经济形势下,可以预见未来很长一段时期,企业人力资源将面临着极大的管理挑战。《劳动合同法》及实施条例的出台,提高了企业辞退不合格员工的成本,大量人力资源涌入市场,使得甄别出真正适合企业需要的员工将更加困难,员工招聘管理将成为企业人力资源工作的重点。因此,探讨有效的招聘管理方法,提高招聘工作绩效,对中小企业来说具有十分重要的理论及现实意义。本文运用人力资源管理中招聘有效性的相关理论,分析了现阶段我国中小企业在人员招聘过程中存在的问题及现状。从招聘基础、招聘实施过程、招聘评估三个方面对企业招聘活动进行招聘管理,以此提高招聘有效性。文章最后提出了提高中小企业员工
