1、子痫前期患者胎盘组织中HSP70和NF-kB的表达及意义［摘要］目的探讨子痫前期患者胎盘组织中HSP70和NF-kB的表达差异及意义。方法选取2013年12月〜2015年1月在福建医科大学附属福州市第一医院住院分娩的65例孕妇为研究对象，其中正常妊娠25例（正常妊娠组），轻度子痫前期17例（轻度子痫前期组），重度子痫前期23例（重度子痫前期组）。采用免疫组化法及实时荧光定量PCR检测孕妇胎盘HSP70和NF-kB的表达，并分析HSP70与NF-kB的相关性。结果免疫组化结果提示：HSP70及NF-kB在正常妊娠组、轻度子痫前期组及重度子痫前期组患者胎盘组织中的染色程度依次增高，轻度及重度子痫前

2、期组HSP70及NF-kB阳性表达率与正常妊娠组比较差异有高度统计学意义（P0.05）;实时荧光定量PCR结果提示：与正常妊娠组比较，HSP70及NF-kB在轻度子痫前期组及轻度子痫前期组中的表达水平增高，轻度子痫前期组及重度子痫前期组与正常妊娠组两两比较差异有高度统计学意义（P［关键词］子痫前期；胎盘组织；热休克蛋白70;核因子-kB［中图分类号］R714.246［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1673-7210(2016)01(b)-0061-04［Abstract］ObjectiveToinvestigatethedifferenceandsignificancebetweentheexpr
