2、ntyingthequalitiesofdifferentriceproductsandpromotingthedevelopmentofriceprocessingindustry.Inthisstudy,fieldexperimentswereconductedintheplantationfieldofDongpoFoodandOilProcessingGroupinTuanfengcounty,Hubeiusingdifferentricevarieties(orhybridcombinations)asmaterials,totesttheirproductivit

3、iesandqualitiesforscreeninggoodspecializedvarietiesofricenoodles,dumplingsandcakeprocessings.Meanwhile,theappropriatefertilizationmethodsforhighyieldandhighqualitywerestudiedinthedifferentspecializedvarieties.Themainresultsareasfollows:1.Themainresultsforspecializedvarietiesscreeningforrice

4、products:Underthelocalfarmer’Splantation,Guichao13showedhigherenvironmentaladaptationandbestproductivityamong7varieties(orhybridcombinations)ofearlyseasonindicarice.Themainchemicalcomponentsinrice,gelandgelatinizationpropertiesofriceflourshowedthatGuichao13wassuitableformakingricenoodle,and

5、theassessmentofsensorqualityconfirmedalsothatthericenoodlewasthebestmadefromGuichao13rice.Fromabove.Guichao13wasselectedasaspecializedvarietyforricenoodle.Amongthe15varietiesofmiddle—seasonindicaglutinousrice,Zhennuoshowedanexcellentqualityforprocessingricedumpling,withhighercontentsofamylo

6、pectin,totalsolublesugar,crudefat,crudeproteinandfreeaminoacidinriceflour.Accordingly,itwasselectedasaspecializedvarietyforricedumpling.However,itsproductivitywaslowunderthepresentcultivation.TheappropriatecultivationtopromotegrainyieldofZhennuoorscreeningalternativespecializedvarietyforric
