4、ctivearrayandapolarizationgratingcanmoreflexiblycontrolbeamformingandpolarizationcontrol.Withthedevelopmentofintegratedcircuitlithography,reflectionarrayapplicationshavebeendevelopedintoinfraredorevenvisiblelight.Thispaperfirstintroducesthebackgroundandstatusquoofpolarizationseparation.Afterth
