4、solved.Firstly,thecorrelationtheoriesofmachinelayoutareanalyzed,includingmachinelayoutprinciples,layoutforms,conveyorequipment,layoutmethod,layoutevaluationmethod,optimizationobjectives,constraintcondition,whileoptimizationmodelandalgorithmareanalyzedindetail.ThisdissertationadoptsQAPmo
5、delandsimulatedatmealingalgorithmtosolvemachinelayoutproblembasedonexistingresearch.Formachinelayoutproblem,unidirectionallooplayoutproblemistakenasastudiedobject.Basedonthecomprehensiveanalysisofinfluencingfactorsonunidirectionalloopmachinelayout,amulti—objectiveanddynamiclayoutoptimiz
6、ationdesignmethodisproposed.Distance-basedtotalcost,rearrangementcostandadjacency-basedobjectivecostaretakenasoptimizationobjectivesfortheoptimizationmodeloftheunidirectionalloopmachinelayout.Byusingidealpointmethodtransformthemulti—objectiveoptimizationmodelintoasingle-objectivemodel.T
