1、研究健康教育联合饮食管理对糖尿病患者的依从性以及效果影响岳阳市一人民医院湖南岳阳414000【摘要】目的深入研究健康教育联合饮食管理对糖尿病患者的依从性以及效果影响。方法选取于2013年3月〜2016年3月我院符合WHO糖鉍病诊断标准并且接受治疗的糖尿病患者136例，随机分为研究组和对照组，研究组给予健康教育联合饮食管理，对照组给予常规护理，对比两组临床护理效果，对两组患者护理后的FPG(空腹血糖)、2hPG(餐后2h血糖)、GHbAlc(糖化血红蛋白数)等血糖生化指标以及饮食控制、规律生活、合理运动、监测血糖以及药物治疗等药物依从性进行

2、记录并比较。结果经过两种不同方式的护理工作后，研究组患者的FPG、2hPG、GHbAlc三项血糖生化指标均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o研究组患者在饮食控制、规律生活、合理运动、监测血糖以及药物治疗等药物依从性方面均显著高于对照组的常规护理，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论健康教育联合饮食管理应用于糖鉍病患者屮的效果确切，能够使患者的相关知识掌握程度人人提高，并且对控制患者血糖水平以及提高依从性具有重要作用。【关键词】健康教育；饮食管理；糖鉍病患者；依从性[Abstract]Objective：Tos
