3、sthe8sectionsrequiredtomakeabasicLEDinputfile.Thesesectionscreatethestructurespecifythemodelcombinationandbiasingandfinallyplotthecurves.MeshGenerationThisfirstsectionoftheinputfiledefinesthemesh.Thedevicediameteris120um,so1.13e4umisspecifiedonwidthparameterofthemeshstatement.RegionandElectrodeSp
