1、异丙酚静脉麻醉人工流产的临床研究武汉市黄陂区中医院麻醉科湖北武汉430300摘要：目的：对异丙酚静脉麻醉在人工流产中应用的临床效果进行深入探讨和剖析。方法：随机选取我院自2014年9月至2015年9月一年间所接收的异丙酚静脉麻醉人工流产患者以及无诱导麻醉人工流产患者各100例，将异丙酚静脉麻醉人工流产患者作为观察组，无诱导麻醉人工流产患者作为对照组，对两组患者的镇痛效果、术中出血量以及手术不良反应情况进行对比分析。结果：观察组患者的无痛率(100.0%)明显高于对照组患者(16.0%),且观察组患者术中出血量明显低于对照组患者，手术中不良反应发生率(9.0%)明显低于
