1、Risk-sensitivedecisionsupportsystemfortunnelconstructionComprehensiveandrealistictunnelingplansmuststriveforoptimaldecisionsthatminimizetimeandcostwhileaddressingimportantfactorssuchasgeologicuncertaintyandvariability,uncertaintyintunnelingproductivity,andthecontractor’s
2、risksensitivity.Thispaperpresentsacomputerizeddecisionsupportsystemthatincorporatesallimportanttunnelingrisks.Itconsistsofthreeinterrelatedmodels:theprobabilisticgeologicpredictionmodel,theprobabilistictunnelcostestimatingmodel,andtherisk-sensitivedynamicdecisionmodel.Th
3、eprobabilisticgeologicpredictionmodelusesallavailablegeologicinformationtocharacterizegeologicuncertaintyandvariabilityalongthetunnelprofileintheprobabilisticfromofgroundclasstransitions.Theprobabilistictunnelcostestimatingmodelevaluatestunnelingtimeandcostperformancesfo
