6、raffic1.IntroductionTherailwayisnowmovingrapidlytowardamodernservicetransportationindustry.HighSpeedRail(HSR)systemsarealreadyoperatinginmanycountriessuchasJapan,England,France,ItalyandGermany.AfurtherdevelopmentofthewholeEuropeanHSRnetworkisplanned.Inordertoachievethedesignvelocityup
