7、食文化。中国有着二千多年的悠久历史，创造了无数的灿烂文明，在这种文化蕴藏中，使中国的饮食更加博大精深，技术的高超，菜式的多样，造型的精致，的确令人惊叹；由于在美国的英国移民较多，所以美式菜基本上是在英式菜的基础上发展起来的。另外，由于美国的历史短，传统、保守思想较少，在生活习惯上也不墨守成规，美国人得当地丰富的农牧产品，结合欧洲其他移民和当地印第安人的生活习惯，形成了独特的美国饮食文化。"这篇论文主要分成四部分，第一部分介绍什么是美国饮食文化，第二部分介绍美国饮食文化是怎样形成的，第三部分讨论人们对待美国饮食文化的不同态度，最后一
