1、提高员工满意度对策研究摘要:随着人才竞争的H益激烈,越来越多的企业注重把员工职业发展作为人力资源战略中的一项重要组成部分。因此,若想吸引和留住人才,就需要适当的提高员工的工作满意度,培养员工对企业的归属感,不断增强员工对企业的向心力,最终实现以人为本的管理。工作满意度影响着员工对工作的态度和行为。当前,企业与员工间雇佣关系的不稳定性H益显露,如何吸引、留住并激励员工,是企业在激烈市场竞争中取胜的关键。因此探讨如何提高员工满意度,进行员工满意度检测,对企业的自身发展具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。针对对如何提高员工满意度的问题,本文提出了相应的对策:首先,提高员工对激励制度的满意度;其次,提高
