1、XX学院本科毕业论文(设计)题目钻机泵头加工工艺设计作者学院机械工程学院专业jl械设及学号指导教师二o—五年四月二十三日摘要本次设计的主要内容是钻机泵头加工工艺设计,钻机泵头其主要加工表面及控制位置为鈞5^0'046和^73+0.046内孔。由零件要求分析可知,保证釣5^0146和^73+0.046内孔尺寸的同时应该尽量保证其同轴度,这对于后工序装配和总成使用上来说都有重要影响。所以,工序安排时,采取以左视图中大底面粗定位夹紧加工后,对内孔进行镗削加工同时成型。因其粗糙度为‘u,可通过粗镗、半精镗满足。对于钻俯视图中
