1、对麻疹疫苗免疫前后抗体测定水平的探讨于新生1杨林2周岩3摘要目的是应用酶联免疫吸附实验（ELISA）进行人群麻疹疫苗免疫监测。探讨疫苗免疫前后IgG抗体测定水平，以观察疫苗接种效果和人群麻疹抗体的消长情况，利于及时补种，防止麻疹流行。方法采用酶联免疫吸附实验，对麻疹疫苗免疫前后的抽样人群进行麻疹IgG抗体水平检测。结果麻疹疫苗接种前0—8个月组和麻疹疫苗接种后20岁—50岁血清IgG抗体滴度阳性率高;麻疹疫苗接种后3岁—14岁年龄组IgG抗体滴度低下;≤1:200者占86.6﹪(104／102),滴度1：800和1：3200，仅有19.17﹪(23／120)和10﹪(12／
