1、我国新型农村合作医疗制度研究摘要：新型农村合作医疗制度是我国社会保障制度的重要构成部分，完善与发展这一制度对促进我国“涉农”问题的解决、实现全面建成小康社会宏伟目标等方面都具有重耍的理论意义和现实意义。本文主耍使用了文献研宄法、案例研宄法等研宄方法，在查阅了大量的资料的前提下，从我国的新型农村合作医疗制度介绍、我国新型农村合作医疗制度的发展现状、我国新型农村合作医疗制度发展过程中存在的问题以及我国新型农村合作医疗制度发展过程中存在问题的对策等四个方面对我国的新型农村合作医疗进行了研究。针对我国新型农村合作医疗制度发展过程中存在的问题,本文提出来明确和强化

2、新型农村合作医疗中的政府责任、广泛宣传引导广大农民积极参加新型合作医疗、以加大经费投入推进管理队伍建设和经办机构能力建设、多层次多渠道相对稳定的新型农村合作医疗资金筹集机制、制定科学合理的新型农村合作医疗补偿机制、构建定点合作医疗机构上生服务体系、加快新型农村合作医疗的立法进程等七个方面的对策建议。关键词：新型农村合作医疗；经费补偿；机制；服务；立法NewRuralCooperativeMedicalSysteminChinaAbstract：Thenewruralcooperativemedicalcaresystemisanimportantcomp
