1、基于关键词分析的我国专利制度研宄进展（摘要）从制度设计视角分析我国专利制度研宄内容，拟为深化相关研宄和成果应用提供参考，服务专利制度科学决策。本文以CNKI数据库中的专利制度研宄文献为基础，通过关键词分析和内容分析，综述专利制度研究中涉及的面向国家利益和公共利益的制度设计要领和调适策略。面向国家利益，制度设计要领：区分国内外创新；应对国际贸易冲突和纠纷。面向公共利益，制度设计要领：保护遗传资源权益；保障公共健康专利药品可及性；促进绿色技术开发与传播。建议从3个方面展开后续研究：纳入国家利益和公共利益相关变量的最优制度设计的理论和模型；在国际规则下实现维护国家利益和
