1、本科毕业论文我国民营企业融资环境分析作者王一婷14内容摘要我国民营企业在我国国民经济中所起的作用是有目共睹的，特别是在我国加入WTO，国企改革和西部大开发中，民营企业起到关键作用，而民营企业“融资难”的问题已严重制约我国民营企业的发展，也间接影响我国经济的高速发展。它已引起我国政府和有关部门以及各地方政府的高度重视，并纷纷制定扶持政策以支持民营企业的发展。本文通过对我国民营企业发展的历史回顾，以理论分析作为基础，阐述了民营企业融资环境的现状，论文集中分析了民营企业“融资难”的具体表现，重点讨论了“融资难”产生的原因，并通过与国外中小企

2、业的融资环境进行对比，最终得出改善我国民营企业融资环境的几点建议。本文共包括以下六部分：第一部分，阐述民营企业的相关概念及发展现状。第二部分，介绍民营企业“融资难”产生原因的理论依据。第三部分，主要对我国民营企业的融资环境进行现状分析。第四部分，研究我国民营企业“融资难”的原因。第五部分，采用对比分析的方法对国外中小企业融资环境进行分析，对解决“融资难”起到借鉴作用。第六部分，经过以上分析，归纳总结出营造民营企业宽松融资环境的几点建议。关键词:民营企业融资环境融资方式14AbstractNon-state-ownedenterpris
