3、原材料、协配件、半成品、成品的入库检验和验证的归口管理。TheQualityDepartmentisresponsiblefortheincominginspectionandtestoftherawmaterial,components,semi-finishedandfinishedproducts.3.2技术工程部负责制订和发放原材料、协配件、半成品、成品的图样、检验规程及相关接收标准。TheEngineeringDepartmentisresponsibletoformulateandreleasethedrawings,inspectio
4、nproceduresandrelevantreceivingstandardsapplicabletotherawmaterials,components,semi-finishedandfinishedproducts.4工作程序WorkProcedures4.1检验和试验前的准备PreparationPriortotheInspectionandTest4.1.1由质量部根据《控制计划》和检验指导书，在开始检验工作之前，复查是否已经对每项重要检验项目的方式和方法做出规定，其内容包括：检验方法、检验工具及精度、抽样方法、评定方法、记录方法，注明
