5、tcommodityinspection(hereinafterreferredtoastheStateadministrationforcommodityinspection,inshort),whichshallbeinchargeoftheinspectionofimportandexportcommoditiesthroughoutthecountry.ThelocalimportandexportcommodityinspectionauthoritiessetupbytheStateadministration

6、forcommodityinspection(hereinafterreferredtoasthecommodityinspectionauthorities,inshort)shallberesponsiblefortheinspectionofimportandexportcommoditieswithintheregionsundertheirjurisdiction.Article3Thecommodityinspectionauthoritiesandtheinspectionbodiespermittedbyt

7、heStateadministrationforcommodityinspectionshall,inaccordancewithlaw,performtheinspectionofimportandexportcommodities.Article4Theimportandexportcommoditiesshallbeinspectedinadherencetotheprinciplesofprotectinghumanhealthandsafety,animalandplantlifeandhealth,andthe

8、environment;preventing7deceptivepracticesandpreservingsecurityoftheState.TheStateadministrationforcommodityinspectionshallcompileandreadjustthecatalogue
